Referral & promotion terms
Version promotions-2026-10-v1.
- A verified new member can accept one valid invite before their first paid purchase. Self-referrals, circular referrals, replaced attributions and false accounts are ineligible.
- The new member receives ₹100 of nontransferable Social Hour service discounts valid for 90 days. This is not a deposit, money wallet or cash entitlement.
- An eligible customer referrer earns 10% of net captured Social Hour service fees from continuing referred purchases, up to ₹50,000 per invite code. Restaurant bills, free waitlists and already funded monthly meetup-credit redemptions do not earn again.
- Event rewards become eligible 48 hours after the scheduled two-hour event. Monthly rewards become eligible 48 hours after the paid cycle ends. Unresolved funding and refund reviews delay eligibility.
- Event discounts use whole rupees, up to ₹100 per purchase. Approved new-mandate monthly offers use ₹25, ₹50 or ₹100 on the first invoice only; subsequent invoices remain ₹799. An existing UPI mandate is unchanged. No monthly discount is promised when its approved provider offer is unavailable.
- Rewards expire 90 days after approval. Processed refunds reverse rewards and restore the proportional original discount, with its original expiry; a discount is never refunded as cash. Late reversals may offset future earnings and never create a negative usable balance.
- Creator campaigns require written approval stating rate, cap and end date. Every promotional post must visibly disclose the advertising relationship and potential commission. Cash payout status requires independently verified external transfer evidence; payout capability is disabled until agreements, tax and finance setup are approved.
- Referrers and creators see their own balances and aggregate activity. They do not receive referred members' names, phone numbers, conversations or booking details.
- Account deletion disables invitation links. Minimum financial audit records may be retained in line with the privacy policy and applicable retention requirements.
Contact support for a credit or attribution dispute. These terms supplement the service terms, cancellation policy and privacy policy.
