Food or drinks not purchased from Social Hour are outside the coordination fee. Waitlists and expired offers Waitlists take no payment. An offered place must be claimed by its displayed deadline; otherwise it is released. A payment captured after a booking is cancelled, superseded or sold out enters the refund queue. Multiple captured payments for one booking are treated as duplicate payments and refunded. How refunds work An authorised operator processes refunds through the original payment provider. My booking shows refund requested and then refunded when completion is confirmed. Bank settlement may take additional time according to the provider; the final published refund processing timeframe must be set before launch. Contact support with your reference if a refund needs review. Membership Membership does not renew automatically. Unused membership, outages or insufficient service availability can be reviewed by support.
