Operator and scope This is a pre-launch draft for Social Hour in Gurugram. The legal operator, registered address, privacy contact, grievance officer and production processors must be finalised before commercial launch. What we collect Account email and first name; an adult declaration; city, age range, conversation languages, food preference, budget, interests, personality answers and selected intention; booking and payment references; optional feedback, support requests and mutual-connection messages. Relationship and marriage circles additionally collect gender, genders you are open to, private age and preferred age range, relationship availability and commitment timeline, with separate consent. We do not collect caste, religion, income, identity documents or background-check data in this product. Why we use it To operate your account, arrange eligible circles, handle bookings, deliver transactional notices, process payments, prevent abuse and respond to requests. Matching is based on declared preferences and similarity between quiz answers. It does not determine eligibility for employment or any other regulated service. Who can see what Your group sees your first name and circle intention after the reveal. Your email, private age, partner preferences and quiz answers stay private. Mutual chat is available only if both people choose to connect. Authorised operations staff can access necessary data to fulfil and support the service. Venues receive only the minimum information needed to host, such as aggregate dietary needs. External services Production payments are designed for Razorpay; Social Hour does not collect card details. Production email and hosting providers remain to be selected and listed. The city map loads OpenStreetMap and open-source map dependencies; requesting those resources may disclose your IP to those providers. Core fonts and main interface libraries are served locally. No advertising trackers or non-essential analytics are enabled. Optional marketing Marketing is off unless you choose it. Change your choice under Preferences & privacy. Transactional booking notices are separate from marketing. Consent choices are versioned. Your control Update preferences, download your data, submit privacy questions or request deletion in your account. Withdrawal of matching data means we cannot continue arranging circles that need those preferences. Requests are tracked, and eligible data is removed after review of applicable retention duties. Blocking removes further chat access. Retention and security The operator must approve a production retention schedule before launch. The proposed schedule is active matching data while the account is used; removal after an approved deletion request; support and incident records only as needed for resolution, disputes and legal duties; transaction and security records for applicable statutory periods. Backups need controlled expiry. Password hashing, access controls, CSRF protection, HTTPS production settings and payment signature checks are implemented. These controls do not constitute a security or legal certification.
